Senior Business Development Manager

This is a senior, commercially focused role, suited to someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on in winning and developing business. The Senior BDM (Business Development Manager) will be responsible for driving long-term company growth, expanding market reach, and building a predictable pipeline of qualified revenue opportunities. Success will be measured by the definition of targets for the strategic big picture: entering new markets, forming partnerships, and identifying high-value target accounts.

What are we looking for? Proven track record in senior business development or commercial roles. Strong experience within retail, retail supply chains, or related sectors. Demonstrable success in winning and managing large or strategic accounts where the focus was on long-term revenue growth rather than just transactional, short-term wins. Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute, results-driven, and self-motivated. Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel nationally as required.
