A leading security service provider in Nottingham is seeking a full-time CCTV Call Centre Agent to monitor CCTV and alarm systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include responding to alarm activations and contacting emergency services when necessary. Candidates with an SIA badge are preferred, but training will be provided for non-badge holders.
A commitment to shift work, including nights, is required.
