Banham Security is seeking a controller for the Alarm Receiving Centre at our Head Office. You will monitor alarms, handle calls with professionalism, and liaise with emergency services and engineers.
This shift-based role operates days and nights on a 12-hour cycle, contributing to 24/7 security coverage. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a calm, detail-oriented approach, and are prepared to undertake CCTV licensing within 3 months.
