Salary: £41,500 + Door to Door (1 in 4 call out) •
Location: Nottingham •

• Maintain and service commercial gas appliances, boilers, pipework, valves, and ventilation through planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as replacing taps and repairing leaks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe operation of gas systems.
• Diagnose faults in gas appliances and carry out necessary repairs.
• Assemble components for various projects.
• Complete all required work-related documentation accurately and on time, exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Always adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Relevant qualifications such as COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.
• Having commercial catering tickets is beneficial.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Experience working in occupied premises.
• Clear communicator, both oral and written.
• Customer‑focused approach.
