Lead Case Maintenance Technician (Case / Cabinet Cleaner)

Permanent Full Time Nights

Salary 29611 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and Excellent Package

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile cabinet cleaner to join the teams

• Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• You will have experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance works
• Delivery of planned cleaning of refrigerating cabinets.
• Liaison with the Supervisor to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• HSE management systems procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.
• Submitting Reports when needed

• You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the East Midlands Grantham Nottingham Leicester etc
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• You must have previous experience in this field
• You must hold a full uk driving licence

• Base salary 29259
• Monday - Thursday - 8pm - 7am
• Vehicle and travel paid door to door
• No Call Out
