Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Trainee Tail Lift Engineer to join our team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge who is looking to start a long-term career in the tail lift and commercial vehicle industry. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the servicing, maintenance, and repair of tail lifts on commercial vehicles
Support experienced engineers during inspections and breakdowns
Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Carry out safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards
Complete basic paperwork and job reports
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Travel to customer sites as required Requirements
Clean UK driving licence (essential)
Some mechanical knowledge or experience (essential)
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
