A housing support service provider is seeking an Outreach Housing Support Worker based in Nottingham to provide critical support for young refugees in a 33-bed service. The role requires effective case management, accurate record-keeping, and a compassionate approach to assist residents towards independence. Candidates need a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and experience in social care. The position offers £12.95 per hour, working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
