Desirable experience includes working knowledge of systemic, restorative, Signs of Safety (SOS), strengths‑based and relationship‑based approaches.

We’re seeking someone with applied knowledge of working with a diverse range of children, young people and families, who can assess strengths, needs and risks, and translate these into clear, outcome‑focused plans. You should also have proven experience providing advice, consultation, mentoring, supervision and appraisal support to qualified and unqualified practitioners, trainees, agency workers and volunteers.

If you’re a passionate and skilled Social Worker ready to lead, support and drive high-quality practice within a Child Protection Team, we’d love to hear from you.
