Position: Qualified Social Worker – Children's Services
Location: IOW
Salary: £38 ph
Contract Type: Full-Time and on-going contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a dynamic Children’s Services team on the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families while earning a competitive hourly rate.

• Manage a varied caseload involving children in need, child protection, and care proceedings
• Complete assessments in line with statutory requirements
• Develop and implement care plans to safeguard and promote positive outcomes
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Attend court where required and prepare high-quality reports
