Service Care Solutions is seeking a Family Wellbeing Practitioner based in Merton, London, for a 3-month contract. In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with children and families, providing targeted early help and intervention.
You will support families facing complex challenges, conduct assessments, and coordinate multi-agency support while maintaining case records. A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field is desired. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.
