United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking an experienced Private Rented Sector Liaison Officer for an interim assignment focused on tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention. The role involves managing landlord and tenant cases during the transition from an existing Guaranteed Rent Scheme to a new Rental Support Scheme.
The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week, starting fully office-based, then hybrid. Key responsibilities include negotiating with landlords, identifying risks, assisting with Housing Benefit, and maintaining case records. Experience in relevant roles and a full UK driving licence are required.
