Framework has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Planner Community Based. This role focuses on tenancy sustainment, resettlement, and homelessness prevention, supporting people to live independently and maintain their accommodation.

Must have experience of working with homelessness and vulnerable adults.

The Role

You will work with people living in Framework accommodation across the community, providing practical, housing-related support. The role involves outreach work, partnership working, and creating tailored support plans to help individuals achieve positive housing outcomes.

This is not a personal care role. Support is focused on housing, tenancy skills, and independence.
