37 hours per week | Monday Friday (Flexible between 8am6pm)

Framework has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Worker Community Based. This role focuses on providing housing-related support to people in Framework accommodation, helping them work towards independence, tenancy sustainment, and successful move-on.

Must have experience of working with homelessness and vulnerable adults.

The Role

You will work with people living in Framework accommodation across the community, providing housing-related support. The role involves completing actions on support plans, completing assessments, and helping service users work towards independence and resettlement.

This is not a personal care role.

Support is focused on housing, tenancy skills, and independence.
