Recovery Coordinator

Location: Nottinghamshire

Your new role
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role within a team, supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol use throughout their recovery journey. You will work collaboratively with service users, healthcare professionals, partner agencies, and community organisations to provide person-centred support, helping individuals achieve sustainable recovery and improve their overall wellbeing.

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity, ideal for an individual looking to develop their experience within the substance misuse and recovery sector while making a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong understanding of drug and alcohol misuse and experience working within a related sector.
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals within a person-centred framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and professionals.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports within required timescales.
Experience working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Enhanced DBS, on the update service.
Oliver McGowan Training certificate.
