YMCA Robin Hood Group in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Life Skills Team Leader for our Supported Housing service. You will lead a team to develop a life skills programme for Looked After Children, Care Leavers and other young adults, guiding them toward independent living.
You will forge partnerships with local colleges, businesses and providers, and monitor progress using software tools. A trauma-informed, supportive environment is essential to outcomes for education and employment.
