Hampshire County Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Rough Sleeping Drug & Alcohol Treatment Team. You will manage a complex caseload using a strengths-based approach and promote wellbeing and independence through person-centred plans.
You will supervise a Senior Case Worker, triage safeguarding referrals, and apply the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act and Mental Health Act to support vulnerable adults. This post is based countywide in Hampshire.
