Field Care Supervisor - Part Time

Agincare is recruiting a part-time field care supervisor to oversee clients and care staff in the community. The work covers care assessments and reviews, monitoring client wellbeing and safety, and supporting staff through supervision. Hours total 24 a week over Monday, Thursday and Friday, plus an on-call rota with some weekend cover, and a full driving licence and own vehicle are needed.

Supervisory social care experience and at least 12 months' right to work are required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Foster a culture where staff feel able to raise concerns and share ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
• Visit clients in the community and check in with the care team
• Take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working
• Work Monday, Thursday and Friday

• Supervisory-level experience in social care

• Well-organised and self-motivated approach

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle
• At least 12 months' right to work remaining in the UK
