Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom (Hybrid with 2-3 days work from client office in Nottingham)

Employment Type: Fixed term employment for 3 months

Experience: 5–6 years total in IT, with 3–4+ years focused on Salesforce development, configuration, and administration

Availability: Immediate joiners only (15 days or less notice)

Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK

We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. You’ll develop in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows, lead integrations, and collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in an Agile environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Customize and configure with Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools.
• Build and maintain Apex triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create Lightning Record Pages, reports, dashboards, and reusable UI components.
• Partner with product owners, BAs, and developers to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Support integrations with third‑party and internal systems; apply best‑practice integration patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure performance, security, and test coverage.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros); support UAT, releases, and post‑deploy stabilization.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and champion adoption of relevant features.

• 3–5+ years of strong, hands‑on Salesforce development and customization.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows (Record‑Triggered, Auto‑Launched, Screen).
• Strong grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices.
• Experience with Lightning Record Pages, App Builder, Dynamic Forms.
• Practical experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
  Experience Cloud exposure is a plus.
• Solid integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs; middleware) and ability to solve via code and configuration.
• Ability to implement trigger frameworks, write clean, reusable code, and ensure robust test coverage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.
• Agile/Scrum working experience.

• Exposure to Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks used with LWC.
• Experience optimizing Flows and Lightning performance.
