We are working with an amazing Carbon Neutral, B-Corp certified start‑up to find a Staff Product Engineer to join a small yet experienced engineering team. The company has received over $20m in funding in the last two years and as it reaches breakeven it is scaling its sustainable platform.
Responsibilities- Designing and building new features to improve the lives of users.
- Improving tooling and infrastructure for scalability.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to innovate.
- Leading design discussions to solve real‑world problems.
- Passion for building sustainable, net‑zero products.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity and challenge of an early‑stage start‑up.
- Experience building backend services/APIs; able to code both front‑end and infrastructure.
- Product mindset focused on customer benefit.
- Willing to release imperfect solutions.
