PLC Programmer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

• We are looking for candidates with IT or Electrical qualifications, which is advantageous.
• We require at least 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly desirable:
  Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Allen Bradley.

• We design and develop FDS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA software.
• We provide technical input when reviewing contract software requirements.
• We support project managers in identifying technical and schedule risks.
• We prepare and review software product requirements, design specifications, and interface specifications.
• We prepare and review test requirements for specific software applications and units in line with applicable codes of practice.
• We ensure system and unit design specifications comply with contractual safety standards.
• We identify opportunities for software-related variation orders.
• We comply with our company policies and procedures relating to safety, environment, and quality, including ISO record-keeping requirements.
