The role This is a high-impact IC role reporting directly to our CEO. You'll own features end-to-end and be our internal expert on using AI and automation to raise both delivery speed and code quality.

What you'll do Champion AI-assisted development tools with a clear-eyed view of where they help and where they introduce risk Identify bottlenecks in delivery and implement automation that makes the whole team faster Set and uphold engineering standards code quality, testing, CI/CD, architecture Partner closely with Product to challenge and sharpen requirements before they hit the backlog What we're looking for Strong Type Script/JavaScript and Java/Kotlin NestJS, React, PostgreSQL or MongoDB (Not all required) Hands-on with AWS, Docker, Terraform, and modern CI/CD A genuine, practical understanding of AI coding tools and their limits Experience in regulated or fintech environments is a bonus, not a barrier If this sounds of interest, get in contact.
