Role
Engineering Manager
LocationNottingham City Centre, hybrid 3 days per week in the office:
Tuesday-Thursday
Up to £105k plus excellent benefits.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 7-8 Software Engineers to build a highly visible data platform that forms the foundation for larger initiatives.
Maintain a hands‑off management style while actively engaging in technical conversations, one‑on‑ones, and code reviews.
Qualifications- Strong technical background in software engineering, ideally with experience in data‑centric environments.
- Comfortable in technical conversations and leadership despite a career focused largely on delivery.
- Experience or familiarity with AWS, Apache Airflow, Python, Spark or similar technologies is a plus.
Competitive salary up to £105k and an excellent benefits package.
