Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum plus flexible benefits.

A leading company within their industry is recruiting a Senior Web Developer to join a new team of Web Developers. You will contribute to the design and requirements of new products, reporting to the Lead Web Developer. Your role will focus on the layout, visual appearance and usability of web-based software.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining web interfaces using HTML, HTML5, JavaScript (including AngularJS), CSS/CSS3 and related technologies.
• Translating UX/UI design documents into functional, accessible, responsive, and adaptive web pages.
• Ensuring web security best practices and integrating with RESTful Web Services, JSON, and XML APIs.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality front‑end solutions.
• Presenting ideas and solutions clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Expert understanding of HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/CSS3
• Expert knowledge of UX/UI design implementation
• Deep knowledge of accessibility, responsive and adaptive design principles
• Good understanding of web security and RESTful Web Services
• Desirable knowledge of AngularJS
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem‑solving capabilities
