Android Developer – R&D – Nottingham (up to £60K)
Location:
East Midlands, Nottingham. Industry: IT. Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum plus pension, health benefits and up to 25 days holiday.
Global software house and professional services company seeking a senior Android developer to join their mobile team at a modern office in Nottingham.
Responsibilities- Design and develop Android applications using Java, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
- Work within an agile product development team, embracing automation and Dev Ops.
- Undertake research and attend conferences to keep knowledge at the forefront of technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile Android development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, OOP, and modern architectures.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience in agile/scrum environments.
- Desirable: experience with iOS, JSON, automated build & test.
