Can you influence effectively in order to get the message across? We are recruiting for an Operational Trainer at our British Gypsum site in Gotham. This is a full-time role and is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within XPO!

Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to pay up to £38,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks. What youll do on a typical day:
Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment Support our step-up members of the team in their development at the site What you need to succeed at XPO:
Excellent knowledge of end to end training cycle Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results Strong interpersonal skills CLASS 2 LICENCE Be part of something big.
