Job Overview
This role will be located anywhere in the UK on an RAF Station and includes the potential of overseas service during exercises/operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair a diverse fleet of specialist airfield support equipment such as ground power and hydraulic supply units and dehumidifiers.
- Test and repair airfield arrestor systems that prevent aircraft runway overrun.
- Examine, maintain and repair specialist airfield support vehicles such as refuelling bowsers and aircraft loading equipment.
- Move jobs every 3-5 years as part of your ‘through service career management’.
