Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a Customer Relations & Logistics Director to lead a growing team near Gatwick. This role involves managing customer orders and a team of 8, coordinating international shipments while ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
The ideal candidate will have logistics experience, strong organisational and communication skills, as well as experience using CRM systems. The position offers a salary between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum with working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
