Class 2 Mixer Driver

Driver Hire Nottingham are currently recruiting a Class 2 (Category

C) Driver to join one of our well-established and long-standing clients based in Nottingham. This is an ongoing position with a genuine opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

As a Class 2 Mixer Driver, you will be working on-site operating a cement mixer and supporting the safe and efficient handling of materials. Your duties will include:

• Operating a cement mixer on customer sites
• Moving and distributing cement as required
• Carrying out basic cement testing
• Completing relevant delivery and site paperwork accurately
• Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth and safe operations
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

No previous mixer experience is required as full training will be provided.

• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing, consistent weekday work
• Starting from £17.75 per hour
• Overtime paid daily after 8.5 hours worked
• Ongoing work with potential for permanent employment
• Full training provided on mixer operations

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Valid Category C (Class
  2) licence
• Valid CPC card
• Valid digital tachograph card
• Right to work in the UK
