The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Logistics team.
This is a varied, office-based role that sits at the heart of our UK and international operations - coordinating shipments, supporting planning, managing documentation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from collection through to delivery.
This is not a narrow, task-based role - we are looking for a strong all-rounder who can organise, communicate, and problem-solve across multiple areas of the operation, with exposure to both UK transport and international shipping.
What You’ll Be Doing Coordination & Planning- Organise UK and international shipments with carriers, galleries, and suppliers
- Support daily logistics planning and operational requirements
- Coordinate collections, deliveries, and specialist movements
- Track shipments end-to-end and proactively manage delays or issues
- React quickly to changes and ensure customers and internal teams are updated
- Support smooth day-to-day running of logistics activity
- Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, galleries, and logistics partners
- Manage a high-volume logistics inbox and respond to queries efficiently
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Prepare and check all shipping documentation including:
- Packing lists
- Import/export and customs paperwork
- Ensure shipments are compliant with UK and international requirements
- Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting
- Support wider logistics activities including reporting, cost tracking, and administration
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
- Background in logistics, transport, shipping, or operations support
- Exposure to UK logistics and/or international shipping (desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator (email, phone, stakeholders at all levels)
- High attention to detail, particularly around documentation
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Broad exposure across UK and international logistics operations
