To deliver customers' products to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route.

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times.
• Drive vehicles safely and legally, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
• Perform all daily checks, reporting defects immediately and completing correct paperwork.
• Scan all products using DX scanning equipment.
• Load all deliveries safely prior to leaving the depot.
• Follow DX procedures and policies at all times.
• Manage routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
• Ensure the correct equipment and PPE is in good order and used at all times.
• Report delivery and on‑road issues to the traffic office immediately.
• Ensure customers receive their deliveries in excellent condition every time.
• Handle customer issues politely and effectively.
• Ensure collections are made in line with given instructions and times.

• Must hold a C1 licence or above with a valid DQC and tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
