HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers – Nottingham

Ideal Recruit is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Nottingham.

We are offering ongoing work, competitive PAYE rates, and both day and night shifts available.

PAYE Pay Rates

Days: £17.08 per hour – start times between 06:00 and 10:00
Nights: £18.55 per hour – start time around 23:59

Job Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include:

Safely delivering parcels to Delivery Units.
Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.
Completing and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork.
Following all relevant driving, health and safety regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience; newly qualified drivers may also be considered.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
No more than 6 penalty points for minor endorsements.
