HGV Class 1 Drivers Needed

Looking for ongoing Class 1 driving work with early starts, consistent weekday shifts, and reliable hours? We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join an established operation based in Newark, with immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing up to three collections from local businesses in and around the Newark area, before completing a trunk run to Fradley Park. The role will involve some handballing as part of your daily duties.

Immediate starts are available for successful applicants.

Contract Type:
Temporary

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour (PAYE)£16.94 per hour (Umbrella)
Working through PAYE, you will also accrue up to 28 days' holiday pro rata.

Working Hours:

This is a Monday to Friday position, with start times ranging between 03:00 and 05:00. The role offers regular, full-time hours and ongoing work with a well-established client.

Closing Date:

• A valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) Driving Licence
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A valid Driver CPC Card
• No DR, DD or CD endorsements within the last five years
• Applicants must be aged 23 or over due to insurance requirements
