The Postal Delivery Driver - Clifton role in Nottingham involves sorting and loading mail each morning at the local depot before completing assigned routes. You will use a handheld device for navigation and electronic signatures, delivering letters and parcels on foot and by vehicle. This temporary position, offered through Pertemps on behalf of Royal Mail, pays £13.69 hourly for roughly 30 hours weekly.

Shifts fall between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday with weekend availability required. Daily walking can reach eight miles, and you must handle bags weighing up to 16kg. • Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg)
• Use delivery trolleys when required

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred) Need to have held your license for 6 months.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
