Recruitment Candidate Resoucer (Driving) Tomlin Personnel Ltd First Choice in Logistics Recruitment Tomlin Personnel Limited are searching for a Recruitment Candidate Recoucer to join our ever growing Driving / Logistics Recruitment Agency in this resourcing role. At Tomlin Personnel we supply Logistics Staff across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. We help the Logistics business run smoothly by supplying the staff you need the most which ensures the operation runs smoothly.

This IS NOT a 360 role! You would be expected to manage the candidate side of the business, and not to get involved with the sales side of the business To be considered for this position you will ideally have: and ideally in a resourcing/talent acquisition model Exposure to a Logistics and Driving Candidate Pool ideal but essential A successful track record of working with a talent pool of agency drivers Knowledge of the Driving / Logistics sector would be ideal but not essential.
