Location: Heywood, Greater Manchester

We are currently seeking Stock Team Operatives to support a busy warehouse operation in Heywood
. This role focuses on stock replenishment and inventory accuracy. It does not involve rework or forklift truck use, and all tasks are carried out manually with handheld scanners.

• Replenishing and organising stock across warehouse zones
• Using handheld scanners for inventory tracking
• Ensuring stock accuracy and timely updates
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required

• Must be punctual, reliable, and available to work weekends during peak season
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment

Standard Hours (Outside Peak):

• Monday to Friday: 08:15 – 17:15
• Arrival time on Day 1: 08:00
• Breaks: 1 hour unpaid (either 15 mins AM + 45 mins lunch or a full 1-hour lunch)

Peak Period (November – January):

• Operation runs 7 days a week
• Weekend work is mandatory
• Shift Patterns:
  • Weekdays: 11:00 – 20:00
  • Weekends: 08:00 – 17:00
• Staff working weekends receive 2 days off during the week
• No holidays permitted in November or December due to business demand
