Picking Team Leader

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Picking Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the picking operation, ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, efficiently and prepared for collection or delivery. A proactive approach, strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in a warehouse or picking environment
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• A good understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety requirements

• Lead and support the day‑to‑day picking operation within the warehouse
• Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for collection and delivery
• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure products are stored and handled correctly
• Support, train and develop team members to achieve operational objectives
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service standards
