Morson Human Resources Limited in Exeter is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for night shifts at a busy distribution centre. Duties include voice picking and LLOP picking, plus picking and packing in an ambient warehouse, with occasional work in a chilled area.
Hours are 21:00–05:30, 40 hours per week on a 5-out-of-7 rota. Induction covers Health & Safety, Manual Handling and LLOP training; PPE is supplied. Strong reliability, punctuality and teamwork are essential for this fast-paced role.
