* Accurate management of customer orders up to fulfilment;
* Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal order;
* Manage commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Area Manager, Logistic and Accounting Offices;
* Handling of claims and information requests coming from clients;
* Reporting Activities;

** You are a professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and technicalities.
You have:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Fluency in English. Any additional language is an advantage
* Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organizational and technical skills
* Ability to interact with business functions and customers
* Bachelor’s Degree (not mandatory)
