Loan Officer Partner / Licensed Mortgage Professional
We’re looking for a licensed, experienced Loan Officer to partner with a high-producing, seasoned LO and help drive loans from application to close.
This is not an entry-level role. You must understand the mortgage process, know how to manage files, communicate with agents and clients, and keep deals moving without hand-holding.
What this role looks like- Partnering with an experienced LO on active purchase and refinance business
- Managing files from application through closing
- Client communication, follow-up, and documentation
- Working closely with realtors, processors, and escrow to hit deadlines
- Helping convert live opportunities into closed loans
- Prior loan officer or mortgage experience (required)
- Strong understanding of guidelines, timelines, and deal flow
- Professional communication skills with clients and agents
- Organized, responsive, and detail-driven
- Team-oriented mindset with a closer’s mentality
- Base salary plus commissions
- Commission structure tied to closed production
