Our Memory Care Activities Coordinator plays a vital role in that mission creating moments of laughter, comfort, and discovery for residents living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

What You’ll Do- Design and lead a full calendar of engaging, meaningful activities tailored to the abilities and interests of our Memory Care residents.
- Foster an environment of belonging, warmth, and dignity where every resident feels valued and included.
- Partner closely with families, caregivers, and department directors to ensure programs enhance residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
- Train and inspire your activities team to deliver creative, heartfelt programming that celebrates the individuality of each resident.
- Bring creativity, patience, and compassion to every day—turning small interactions into special memories.
- An outgoing and compassionate leader with experience in senior living, recreation therapy, or memory care programming.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan engaging events, sensory activities, and daily enrichment experiences.
- Excellent communication and empathy when working with residents, families, and team members.
- Someone with a servant’s heart who finds joy in helping others live with purpose and dignity.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer one (1) year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
