What We Need

As the Senior Manager, Employee Experience, you will be responsible for designing and driving a holistic employee experience strategy that strengthens culture, increases engagement, and enhances the overall employee journey. You will partner across HR, Communications, and business units to ensure that every touchpoint—from onboarding through offboarding—supports a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance workplace.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience roadmap aligned with organizational values, culture, and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of employee needs through data, surveys, feedback loops, and workforce insights.
  • Oversee company‑wide engagement programs (including engagement surveys), recognition initiatives, and culture‑building activities.
  • Partner with Communications to shape messaging that strengthens connection and belonging.
  • Oversee the planning of internal events, celebrations, forums, and volunteer programs.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding, orientation, and new‑hire integration programs.
  • Enhance key employee lifecycle moments such as promotions, transitions, and offboarding.
  • Ensure events and initiatives reflect company culture and support inclusivity.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and People Operations to ensure alignment across policies, programs, and processes.
  • Track program performance and use data to measure impact, improve experience, and guide decisions.
What Will Make You A Great Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR, internal communications, or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale culture or engagement initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and change‑management abilities.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for building inclusive and meaningful employee experiences.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $182,360 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity…
