Manufacturing Lab Associate (Night Shift)

6‑12 Month Assignment

Pay Rate: $28/hr / $30.80 / $32.20 (Depends on shift)

Night Shift: Tuesday‑Friday / Saturday 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12/4x12 schedule alternating weekly on Saturday)

On behalf of our client, a pharmaceutical company specialized in developing therapeutics for patients dealing with life threatening rare‑genetic diseases, we are seeking a Manufacturing Associate with hands‑on experience in large‑scale bioprocess operations, buffer/media preparation, and cGMP‑compliant environments. Skilled in cell culture, purification, and formulation processes with a strong foundation in scientific principles and operational excellence.

• Operate large‑scale equipment supporting Cell Culture and Purification operations.
• Prepare buffer and media solutions for production batches.
• Learn and execute biopharmaceutical manufacturing techniques including tangential flow filtration, chromatography, and formulation.
• Follow SOPs and document processes in accordance with GDP and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate process issues while contributing to resolution strategies.
• Support integration of new technologies and practices into established processes.
• Suggest and assist with procedural improvements and updates.

• Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field or engineering.
• OR an Associate's degree in a science‑related field or Biotech Certificate with 2+ years' experience in biotech manufacturing or other regulated industries.
• Physically demanding role with frequent bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), reaching, stair and ladder use.
• Will require night shift work and flexibility with off‑hours as needed.
