Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable)
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:15pm
Location:
Novena
Benefits: 14 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities- Process supplier invoices and staff claims accurately and on time
- Match invoices with PO and DO and ensure proper approvals
- Prepare payments via cheque, bank transfer, GIRO / FAST
- Monitor payment schedules and reconcile vendor statements
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment
- Maintain AP records, ledgers, and ageing reports
- Support month-end closing, including accruals and reconciliations
- Update cashflow records and assist in payment forecasting
- Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments on AP matters
- Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required
- LCCI Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Accounts Payable or accounting support preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST
- Detail-oriented with good organization and communication skills
