Clinic Assistant
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
- Saturday | 9am - 1pm
Location: Novena
Job Responsibilities- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
- Attend to patient enquiries via walk-in, phone calls, Whats App, and email
- Reply to patient Whats App messages politely and professionally
- Assist doctors during consultations and clinic procedures when required
- Manage patient records and update information using Plato clinic system
- Process payments, invoices, insurance claims, and related clinic documentation
- Assist with surgery / operation listing and coordination
- Liaise with hospitals, insurers, patients, and internal clinic team on claims and surgery matters
- Support daily clinic administrative duties and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the clinic front desk and treatment areas
- Relevant Clinic Assistant experience
- Experience in surgery coordination, insurance claims, and operation listing will be highly preferred
- Experience using Plato clinic system will be an advantage
- Able to write and reply Whats App messages professionally to patients
