About Us

Hills Haircare is the hair and scalp division of Hills Aesthetics Clinic, a trusted aesthetic medical clinic with three locations in Singapore — Novena, Somerset and Jurong East. Our treatments are trichology-led and supported by our own team of five doctors, so you'll be recommending programmes backed by real clinical expertise rather than selling from a script.

• Basic salary up to $6,000
  , plus high individual commission and outlet bonus
• Top performers earn $15,000 and above per month — uncapped commission, allowances and incentives

• Own your outlet's monthly sales target — plan, track and deliver it with your team
• Lead and develop your team — daily briefings, coaching on consultation and treatment recommendation, performance reviews
• Roster and manpower planning — ensure the outlet is properly staffed across all operating hours
• Conduct hair and scalp analysis and consultations, and recommend suitable treatment programmes
• Perform hands-on treatments alongside your team, especially for key clients
• Handle escalated client concerns and protect client retention
• Manage stock, product ordering, equipment readiness and treatment room standards
• Ensure SOP, hygiene and safety compliance across the outlet
• Report outlet performance, team productivity and client feedback to management

• Minimum 2–3 years in hair care, scalp treatment, beauty or wellness, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Confident leading, coaching and motivating a team
• Comfortable interviewing and selecting your own team members
• Service-oriented, self-motivated and commercially minded
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working retail hours including weekends
