• Manage site teams consisting of Network, Server, , Operators, Deskside Engineers who are responsible for all IT services rendered
• Manage client's stakeholders
  (Account Managers, IT Managers, SLO, CIO and users who are receipients of the services
• Perform role of
  site co-ordinator
  at the Institute as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and liaison officers forend usersand onsite support staff

• a. SLA performance: no SLA failure
• b. IMAC reports:
  Ensure all reports are performed in accordance to the SLA
• c. Tracking of cases:
  Ensure all cases are tracked to closure in accordance to the deliverables
• d. Resource:
  Plan resources on day to day basis to ensure designed resources are in place
• e. Compliments/Complaints:
  Work closely with the Institutes and Client to ensure high compliments and
• f. Minimal Interruptions to day to day operations services
• g. All internal and external parties meetings are documented and followed through
• h. Responsiveness:
  All emails, calls and any other communications are responded in a timely manner.

• Minimum Diploma Computer Science/IT or equivalentwithatleast 4-6 years (s) related working experience
• Effective communications, ability to articulate information and converse fluently
• Good team leadership and equiped with great problem solving skills and ability to motivate team members
• Good knowlege of
  desktop services/server/Network infrastructure/Service and Project management
