Salary: $4,488 - $5,292/month

Working Hours:

42 hours/week

• Degree in Psychology or relevant discipline
• Experience in psychology, behavioural sciences, research or related fields
• Experience in research and project management
• Strong knowledge of statistics and statistical software
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches is an advantage
• Forensic or victim-support experience is an advantage

• Support the development and review of scam assessment and support programmes
• Develop programme criteria and outcome evaluation frameworks
• Design and review research tools, including interviews, questionnaires and databases
• Conduct data transcription, cleaning and qualitative/quantitative analysis
• Prepare technical and academic reports
• Develop materials for training, seminars and conferences
• Support trauma-informed practices, particularly in victimology
• Support training and assessment activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
