What You’ll Do (based on your strengths):

• 🔹 Tax:
  Compliance, process creation, and efficiency improvements
• 🔹 Bank Reconciliations and financial accuracy
• 🔹 Month‑end schedules, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis
• 🔹 Optimize processes using technology and automation (Excel macros, ERP tools)
• 🔹 Work hands‑on with fixed assets, intangibles, prepaid expenses, and reporting
• 🔹 Support financial audits, budget prep, and cross‑functional accounting activities
• 🔹 Collaborate with CFO, Controller, and Tax teams

What You Bring:

• ✔ 2-4 years corporate accounting experience
• ✔ Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables—Bonus if you’re tech/process savvy)
• ✔ Analytical, dependable, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused
• ✔ Comfortable working fully on‑site—this role is NOT remote
• ✔ Long‑term mindset (they want someone who wants to stay and grow 5+ years)
