Join our dynamic, collaborative finance team as an Accountant, reporting to the Controller.

• Maintain general ledger, monthly journal entries, and account reconciliations
• AR (light collections... email follow-ups) and AP responsibilities
• Run weekly payroll and payroll reconciliation
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial reporting
• Maintain customer and vendor data
• Prepare month-end work papers and support month-end close
• Review financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Accounting software (Sage
  100 preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
