Fives DyAG Corp is seeking an Architect in the Novi, MI area.

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong background in leading the technical development of medium to large-scale projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project types, with emphasis on higher education, healthcare, research & development, and civic/municipal sectors.

• Assist project managers in developing work plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with design teams during programming and conceptual phases.
• Lead the technical team in preparing design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants.
• Develop architectural technical specifications.
• Oversee construction administration including site observation, RFI responses, and submittal reviews.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects when needed.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives such as updating technical standards and mentoring junior staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with 8+ years preferred in the commercial space.
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and BSD Spec Link is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
